Community Training
THE REVIVAL OF VILLAGE LIFE

Village life ceased, it ceased in Israel, until I, Deborah, arose, arose a mother in Israel. Judges 5:7
Our Mission:
Repopulating Communities With Equipped People Who Care
Let's be honest. Skilled everyday-life older mentors are an endangered species.
When this happens, societies suffer. Everyone starts doing what seems "right" to them (Judges 17:6). The people cast off restraint for lack of vision (Proverbs 29:18). The young men cease to bring joy to God or their communities, because they have been led astray and swallowed up (Isaiah 9:13-17).
When resources are under threat, we find ways of stimulating growth. During a recession, they call this a stimulus package. In natural habitats, it means a reintroduction of a species into the population. When the deficiency is medical, you might get an infusion. In marketing, it's called a campaign.
There aren't enough professional life coaches, clinical therapists, counselors, or knowledgeable pastors to go around. Gen Z is stepping into adulthood and they are thirsty for input. This is what our Community Training is all about.
Bridging Generational Gaps That Make Caring For Gen Z Hard To Figure Out
The problem is, Gen Z has a unique story. The history and technology that has shaped their early lives has actively distanced them from meaningful multigenerational relationships. Relationally and emotionally, Gen Z needs connection with the very people who find them so hard to understand.
Generation Life House is not an online coaching service or a professional Life Coach training platform. We equip relationally, emotionally mature Boomer, Gen X, and Gen Z lay coaches with the necessary skills to engage the next generation of young leaders - right in their home communities.
Adapting The Life Model To Gen Z
We train these community coaches with best practices from the Life Model, a set of relational and neurotheological practices designed to foster human maturity, trauma healing, and character transformation by combining neuroscience with biblical principles.
"How Can I Get Trained For My Community?"
You're awesome! We would love to equip and train you, because no one can do for YOUR community what you can do. Whether you're a 90 year old great-great aunt who wants to mentor a family member, an employer who needs better strategies for working with Gen Z, or a college student who has a heart for your peers - we infuse communities with Gen-Z-savvy everyday-life coaches in four ways:
1. Live Training Workshops
Intensive courses that will thoroughly equip you. We take sixteen weeks for these to ensure that you have time to fully digest all the material throughout the weeks of your training. Network with other people like yourself and learn together how to support Gen Z young adults. This course is a terrific add-on to the certifications and training of counselors, prayer ministers, pastors, teachers, etc.

2. Self-Paced Resources
Self-paced, interactive courses that involve reading and reflecting on your own Gen Z experience. These courses will speed up your understanding of the generation and help you begin to see yourself in the story - whether you're Gen Z or older. Recommended for ages 20 and older.

3. In Person Group Training
We come to your organization and train your group in person, for maximum application to your community and Gen Z population! We can transfer any of the above training or course content to an in-person setting and incorporate more hands-on, discussion-based elements. Or, we can craft a training for your specific needs!
