How To Coach With Us

Requirements for GLH Coaches

To host your life coaching or prayer ministry with us, you must...

  1. Have one of the following:

    • at least three years ministry experience with Gen Z AND completed our Life Model Crash Course

    • a completed Prayer Ministry Certificate from Deeper Walk International 

    • a completed ICCI Prayer Ministry Coaching Certificate

  2. Have "earned adult maturity" (a Life Model term) and be 31 years or older,

  3. Complete our Gen Z Savvy training course,

  4. Complete our application and interview process,

  5. Have a clear sense of the audience you wish to reach (men, women, young parents, addiction recovery, etc)

  6. Operate within your own independent coaching parameters (pricing, schedules, zoom links, etc).

Requirements for GLH Interns

Interns are peer coaches ages 25-30 who want experience and training making disciples in culturally informed, biblically oriented ways, not only in church ministry settings but also in their future homes. To be a Generation Life House intern, you must...

  1. Complete our 16-week Generation Life House training course,

  2. Complete our 4-week Life Model Works Intensive,

  3. Complete our application and interview process,

  4. Commit to (free) weekly coaching with one of our certified life coaches.

As an intern, you will be included in all Team activities to...

  • Contribute an informed Gen Z perspective

  • Gain insight and maturity from older members of our community

  • Explore your calling and identity in Christ with one of our coaches for free (up to one full year)

  •  One year of internship qualifies you to apply for Peer Coaching on our site as described in "Requirements for Coaches" above (#6)

 

The internship is a great way to volunteer and gain experience and growth for future work in youth ministry, teaching, camp staff, parenting, or missions.
