Restoring identity and relational skills in Gen Z through
informed multi-generational communities and
life coaching for shared living environments.
The Need We See:
Generation Z (born 1997-2012) is no longer the "youth" generation. They are finishing high school, college, and now entering the work force, marriage, and even parenting. Yet because of the unique historical and technological events of their lifetime, they are entering our difficult stage of society with deficient relational and emotional skills and significant mental health issues.
We believe the number one deficit for Gen Z has been a lack of authentic, non-programmed, high-joy and low-fear, multigenerational, real-world experiences, resulting in significant identity gaps, pain around sexuality, and low capacity for mature relationships. Whatever training Gen Z receives to remediate relational, mental, and even spiritual gaps, it's going to have to be in real-world face-to-face relationships. Yet the events and devices that have reshaped our norms have driven us out of range of one another in all the ways that homes, families and neighborhoods were meant to flourish.
Our Vision:
Our vision is to infuse local communities with the healthy rhythms and habits that used to be simply and unconsciously passed from one generation to the next. We provide online, Gen Z-oriented training which is specifically designed to take root in local communities.

Hi, I'm Hannah...
...gen z is my thing
The Gen Z story is one I know well. As someone who was in my 20s when Gen Z (born 1997-2012) began, I've played a supporting role as a parent, a teacher, a healer, a mentor, and a coach. Having worked with Gen Z young adults for the past 25 years at home and in nonprofit, neighborhood, educational, and church settings, I love the idea of a community platform that is designed to address the core desires and goals of a specific generation. As you step front and center onto the stage of the human story as the next generation of parents, professionals, and leaders, we're here to help you learn your larger story, to understand your personal unique identity, and coach you from the sidelines as you discover and claim your unique place in the world.
